1. High school diploma or above, major in automation or mechanical related fields;
2. More than 10 years of experience in injection molding management (50 units or more), with experience in injection molding in large factories or experience in testing small household appliances preferred;
3. Understand the structure and performance of injection molds and injection molding machines, be able to debug machines, proficiently test new products, and improve process performance;
4. Proficient in improving injection molding processes, understanding the properties of plastic materials, and having extensive experience in quality control and inspection;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, down-to-earth, and willing to endure hardship.
1. Responsible for optimizing the production process of plastic products and effectively solving quality problems that arise during production;
2. Develop regular maintenance and upkeep plans for injection molding machines to ensure their normal operation;
3. Participate in the management of injection molding equipment in the workshop and provide equipment technical support for production;
4. Responsible for improving injection molding equipment projects and enhancing machine efficiency;
5. Responsible for improving and optimizing equipment production capacity, and following up on the effectiveness of new mold testing;
6. Responsible for training equipment technicians.
